Recently, I have found myself becoming really de-motivated. I'm going through a bit of a stressful time at the moment and I am hardly finding the right amount of time I need to keep up with all the studying I need to do.
One thing I have thought about doing is creating motivational posters. I'm thinking that I could do this in a variety of ways. To be motivational, they telly need to be colourful and of course have motivational quotes on them.
IDEA 1
This idea is probably the most expensive of all of them as it requires quite a lot of printing. You can either do this printing yourself or through a printer like Snapfish. So, the idea is that there is a background picture and then a motivational quote at the front. The photo, I guess, might be something that you would like to do and could strive to accomplish.
IDEA 2
This idea might be a bit more personal to yourself, as it requires more time, but less money. HAND DRAWN POSTERS! You could do anything really. Funky patterns, bright colours, personal messages... Anything!
IDEA 3
This one is probably in the middle in terms of price but wouldn't take much time and you could make loads of them! So, the idea is that you get a load of index cards, then write a quote on each. No need for a background, you just need a nice motivational message and VOILA!
Hope you like the ideas, what do you do to motivate yourself (NOT FOOD!)?

Apps
A lot of people these days have Smartphones. Popular ones include the iPhone, HTC Smartphones and Samsung Smartphones. A lot of people doownload games for them, but not a lot know about all the different apps you can get to improve productivity.
One of the GCSE options I took is Latin, in which we have a lot of stuff that we have to learn of by heart. Something that really doesn't help is that we have to learn a good 400 words, in addition to all the grammar and set texts. So....? Flashcards!
400 of them?
Handwritten?
Realistic?
Not much.
There has to be a solution. OF COURSE THERE IS!!!!
Electronic Flashcards. Oh yes. I now have an App on my iPad which allows me to create electronic flashcards. It makes it much faster and it is much more efficient. The app is called 'Latin Flashcards' but it can really be used for any subject, as you don't have to use the pre-loaded stuff (I didn't) and it is really simple to create your own.
